We all have been extremely angry at a point - not a good feeling.
Ever thought of what the root cause of the anger is? or if the person who got you angry really wanted to cause you that? What if the person really wants you angry?
It's up to you to choose whether to get angry and stay angry or to always suppress the anger while it's still trying to build up.
